Great post. And yes, Please stop posting on here this forum from St.Pete. Your budget does not involve a take home car program, period. At least they built you a nice police department building to work from. We at the Tampa campus are still working in the oldest building on campus, an old house, converted into a Police Dept. and remodeled over and over again.

You don't need cars period. The campus is the size of one of Tampa's medium sized lots.
