So Officer Guzman repeatedly gets passed over for promotion. He can do little other than complain and talk trash the Chief.

Low and behold a relative, Julio Guzman, gets appointed to council and voila he gets the promotion.

Nothing like the friends and family plan at work.

But now that Officer Guzman gets his promotion he acts like Rolle is his best friend.

So the question we all have is Rolle cool with a two-faced opportunist as long as they kiss his ring and a$$, or is he vindictive like we believe, but is just too stupid to realize how much crap Guzman talked about him until he got the promotion?

Yes Rolle is cool with the a** kissing it makes him feel important. But Guzman needs to remember you can fall just as fast, Rolle is a snake and will turn on you faster.
