Did we really just let two guys walk after they shot at TPD officers and fled from the car after they crashed. Unbelievable who made that call the SAO?

Wow is it your 1st day as a cop. Learn the law before you run your trap. You don’t get to charge everyone in the car just because one of them pulls a gun and shoots it.

Didn’t they all run from officesr who had to get in foot chase and a K9 to find another hiding on a porch?

No, they ran from a crash in which they were passengers. Then officers caught them hiding upon arrival right after.
