    Question for Troopers

    I saw a side by side utv with a Montana license plate on it ,drive down the road. Question for the experts is that legal?

    No

    It is not legal in Florida. makes no difference if it is actually registered in another state. Florida does not allow it even on a temporary basis. The laws did change however for unpaved surfaces.

    I’ve run across this before they are registered, titled and insured as a Quadra cycle in Montana. There for is operating as a four wheel motorcycle in our state.
