They kick a 30 yr veteran out of the task force to give the position to kid who hates his job, has no interest in being a cop, and has never made any arrests. Its nice being the grandson of the Colonel. I'm sure he'll be first on the Sgt test in time as well.

The 30 year veteran had his fare share of mulligans thanks to his brothers rank and influence and finally got what was coming. As far as Uncle Frank’s grand kid, there about 10 family members working here and all of them given positions. Some not qualified to be here cuz of shady backgrounds including his daughter who coincidentally is working as a background investigator. See the point? He has been taking care of his family since he got hired here 20 years ago as a Lieutenant. Never had to take a promotion test and has been handed every rank and assignment since. Now he is the Chief Deputy and is running the show. That’s the way it goes here. Uncle Frank, aka Iceman does not give a flying **** about anyone here that is not in his circle. Hopefully Iceman will either retire or die soon.

I agree with both posters. This place has ZERO integrity and ethics anymore since we have the head Don running things. And his grandson is a complete waste of space. Hopefully he will retire sooner than later and we can bring some ethics back into this place. Right now no one is held accountable AT ALL. It's the wild west at this agency. All who you know and nothing about WHAT you know.
