Roll back some pst unit back to patrol to cover unnecessary overtime

Always, the city mismanaged their money and now they want to come to us to fix their fu€k up, by not giving us raises, stopping the-checks from the settlement or in other words, the pennies we got from the money that was stolen from us. Why is the city of Miami assisting the residents with their mortgage payments, rent payment. When the evictions were stop. All of that money waisted. Raise property taxes, cut down on the commander, Major and all of those made positions to friends and family.
