Unless it's sexual harassment, just bid out next shift change. Keep your mouth shut, do your JOB and don't give him/her a chance to mess with you. You will find MANY times in your career, that you come across toxic people. It's just the way it is, deal with it.

Wow what a 15 you are. Your one of the prime example why this profession is a cancer within itself. As unprofessional this question may be, this is still a co worker asking for assistance. First day on the job or 20 years on, requesting assistance is still requesting assistance. Like the other 15 who responded and actually helped, you can bid off the shift. If its any other harassment that isn't work related like sexual harassment, report it. I understand you wanted you wanted guidance while staying anonymous but unfortunately because of the few cancers in this profession, you won't get the right answer especially on this forum.
