In the case of officer Miranda (St Pete) the court sided with the officer and deemed that one could not expect conversations to be private in a police station. He got his job back and back pay.

    Exclamation Obtaining "consent to record"

Florida is a two-party state. Look that up if you won't know what it means. It is a criminal offense (arrestable) to record someone without their consent. Here is a legal question for anyone who might know the answer:

    • QUESTION: How many people must consent-to-record be obtained from in a meeting where multiple people are present?
      .
      2 people?
      .
      3-10 people?
      .
      11-50 people?
      .
      51-200 people?

Here is a response from a supervisor:

    • "I don't want to be secretly recorded during a management meeting if I'm going to be stretching the truth about something."

The two-party consent law needs to be rescinded.

That is very old case law and is precedent. In FHP management's search warrant, were they unaware of that legal precedent? Also, does an on-duty public official have an expectation of privacy if they are conducting public business that is not related to a criminal investigation?

If you go to an IA or any investigation you must insist that the conversation be recorded from the minute you sit down. If you have a car camera you can turn that on and **** your subordinates over like a the fag that you are.

When you go to IA, they are prepared for you. However, during a routine meeting, they are not prepared for you if you record them. That is why they don't want you to record them. It's easy to catch them in a lie if they are not prepared for you. That is the difference.

Ask them to record every meeting from start to finish. Never talk without being recorded. If they say no then pull out your iPhone. Fat azz always said there can only be one recording per go and chain of evidence. Just tell him you will log it into evidence. Never ever ever talk without being recorded the entire time.
