Pizzo applied a choke hold when the altercation began which is against agency rules. Choke holds are to be used only in cases to stop imminent death or serious injury, which was not the case here. Plus it as used against a kid half his size so it does not look good.

Thank God sheriff Kurt is gonna let those boys go free when he takes office. He is gonna change our county and stop picking on our citizen who have contracted the disease of drug addiction.
