The plan you speak of sounds much like the final solution. Are you attempting to intimidate? Can you elaborate on what you meant by people being toast? Why pack their bags are you going to relocate them somewhere? Is there really a member of your management throwing around the term pockets of resistance? I think your employees should find this 30’s Germany lexicon to be appalling and not in line with the core values of any governmental agency.
