Kid that drove through protest on July 4th
Just saw TPD referred him to the state attorney for charges of Reckless Driving, even though he had the green light and didn't even hit anyone. What about the three other drivers that drove through? Or the other incidents were drivers actually hit people. Why was he singled out? Also why aren't we going after the violent protestors that falsely imprisoned all the other drivers? Isn't that a felony? http://www.tampabay.com/news/2020/08...uly-4-protest/

Investigators turned over the case to the Hillsborough State Attorney’s Office on Aug. 18, recommending that prosecutors pursue a criminal case against 21-year-old Noah Armstrong, said Tampa Police Chief Brian Dugan.
“Even though you’re not allowed to block streets as pedestrians, you can’t just recklessly drive through people,” Dugan said. “We just felt like there was an intent there and that’s why we decided to refer this to the State Attorney’s Office.”

Get used to it. Dugan doesn't care, it's all political for him. Castor will replace him with someone worse soon enough.

Do you think Dugan would just sit there at the light with his family in the car with protesters blocking an intersection?

How dare he try to drive on the road! Doesn't he know the roads are for protestors in Tampa?

The state attorney is a joke.
