Define free loader please. You want a trooper to stop every car and search every person? So what if a guy is parked in a place where he is visible to the public. As long as he is not in his house or hiding at the station. I see more freeloaders at the station walking all over with coffee and gossiping and not doing anything, than troopers parked somewhere for an hr. At least the public is seeing a marked car on a road,, not at the station pk lot for 8 hrs. You all have your priorities wrong. Woozies
