Livingston
So Livingston gets an NTA for hit and run, and isn't on admin leave? Anyone else know about this?

In fairness an NTA is the common method currently Since the jail won’t take anyone. What’s the story though? Off duty POV or work car? Alcohol indicators?

Clearly isn’t what it seems if only got an NTA and not on admin leave. Not a surprise that LCSO is twisting the truth to look better on an election year.

Us Marshals truck, on duty, on camera leaving the scene after looking at the damage to both vehicles....you can read the report. And Wink news just got the story too.

The same rules at this deptartment don’t apply to everyone. They only apply to people who they set their targets on. Currently somebody is on admin leave for doing something dumb off duty, yet this guy commits a crime on camera, with his work vehicle, gets an NTA, and isn’t on admin leave? Hmm. He is still on swat and still in his specialty spot. Special treatment for somebody who is completely lazy. Shame. Guy is a joke.
