We are understaffed like every other agency, but we are used to it so the work conditions are normal.

Yes we just had another officer resign this week.

Years ago there was a waiting list to get a job there. It was a great and happy place to work. Now they can’t run fast enough to get out the door because of the way that place is being ran. Very sad to say the least
