Alright... again I see agencies switching to these including other SO’s. Everyone loves them and they even make ones that look just like our current uniform(see SPPD)... why isn’t this an option? They’ll let us wear the “over vest” but not add 2 rows of molle?

Approve the load bearing, tough guy, ultra tactical operator vests, along with a new policy stating that no photographs whatsoever are permitted in said vests, whether agency identifying logos are present or not, not permitted on social media or for personal use. Who cares if they take photos in them? Does it even have any adverse effect on you in any way? Second, every has the idea that external vest means a Tactical vest like K9 means. What we mean is the vests like ithwr agencies wear around us. SPPD and PPPD wear ones that still look like uniform shirts but allow them to move gear from the belt.
