There are zero repercussions for this guy. Every specialty unit he goes to he ends up getting kicked out of. K-9. SFTF. And yet he operates with impunity. Gets cushy assignments and zero happens. And nothing will happen this time.

Marks hasn't been kicked out of all units. Just most of em. Don't hate on Kevin because he loves thumping blacks. He learned from the beat, daddy Gauger, when Gauger was on the MANN unit, tossing handcuffed black people into canals until they admitted to whatever crime Gauger was trying to clear by arrest. How does a guy who was almost indicted for beating up a handcuffed prisoner and destroying evidence get to go to any unit? He should be watching over jailers (his class of employee) only if they are not going to fire him.
