I agree, we are definitely becoming more and more like those in our Democrat culture change driven initiatives who want change just simply because they don’t “like” the process or aren’t good enough to make the cut and must look to blame the process instead of themselves. We are confirming and giving in to the notion. “It’s not me and my inabilities that’s are keeping me down, it’s the system and process, and those who are running it.” Ponder this, if you don’t like or didn’t like the requirements that were listed in the job description, why apply or why continue to work instead of going I to the private sector where you work harder and get paid a third of what you make and have minimal perks and benefits.
Thank you to those who represent our profession with pride and to whomever has take the time to point out the obvious that we are our own worst enemies.

Now that we have colored hair, beards and tattoos people will start complaining to allow earrings, nose jewerly, and vanity gold teeth. It won't be long before officers will look like 6ix9ine and lil wayne.
