She does not have the intelligence to to see her errors and then correct them. This is the same person who told two squads that O.C. is deadly force and we should shoot the suspect in the chest and it will float up to their face.

Lol and yet they will continue to promote incompetence. How many Cpl will have less than 10 years and Sgt less than 15 on this round of promotions. The D3 chosen one is already telling everyone she has already been told she is getting Sgt and taking over the Paul squad.

You’re about to see a group of captains promoted with a year or less as lieutenants and about 13-14 years on the job. It is going to be awful. Staff will overlook any other candidates for “yes” men.

I doubt she did. She will continue to be a tyrant and make everyone’s life under her a living hell. No one is ever too important to be nice or at least respectful to others. Maybe it’s time to retire if life is really that miserable that you need to make everyone else under you miserable to feel better about yourself.
