    You donut punchers that want to blame the Director for the interruption to your self-serving goals fascinate me. The Director and every one else here has a job to do and guess what? The real people that make the decisions (governor)on how that job gets done don't care what you think, nor should they.

    You turd burglars want to flip out your $6.00 per thousand business cards imprinted with Special Agent and cling to a military style chain of command when it suits you.

    Let a little schedule change interfere with your 208 and the tears flow and the screaming starts about your "rights" the "contract" and your needs. You can't have it your way every day. If you put have the effort into your workday that you spend critiquing others that do a job you will never understand, you would be standing next to the governor at his press briefings on the great job we are doing.

    Work is hard and challenging because this pandemic is hard and challenging. Step up or step off.

    Yeah but what other agency works 5 8 hour shifts. Why don’t they allow the districts to decide the schedules because if the agents are all about working 12s we can work less days a month and have every other weekend off. Happiness would be a big deal

    First and foremost, they simply don't trust us. They're paranoid. Second, they truly believe they know more than even the most seasoned ABT employees. They make decisions without consulting senior personnel because their egos can't handle accepting that someone else can make a decision without their help. Third, they don't care about our happiness. They care if everyday of the week has "coverage". You go to a 12 hour or even a 10 hour shift and you won't have anyone to work complaints when needed.
