No one from this office should be asking anyone to do anything for ANY political agenda. It is implied obligation wish creates a hostile work environment since it is apparent that those that attend or donate money are the ones that get promoted and those that don't get left behind even if they are better qualified. You're an idiot! Never has a Sheriff or Chief Deputy demanded that employees show up for the walks, signs, donations, etc., until now. Most are just doing it to keep their jobs. Gee never forced anyone to participate in campaign stuff, people willingly went out and supported him because they wanted to support him, not because they were forced. If CC and DL think that all those people showing up are actually going to vote for CC, they are sadly mistaken. If CC is so well liked and respected, he wouldn't need DL to send memos and emails to superiors demanding people to show up, they would show up on their own accord.
