Full George Floyd video
So As I suspected there's more to the story. They release the full video of a separate body camera showing what really happened to George Floyd. The officers we're very patient with him and gave him every opportunity. He was complaining before being placed on the ground about not being able to breathe. He resisted commands every step of the way. Probably due to whatever he was on at the time. Then you get people like David Morgan the sheriff who sees an opportunity to get on TV and condemned the officer as murderers. Rushing to judgment without knowing the full story. Riots happened, police have been injured, attacked, ambushed and killed due to this false narrative that the media put out without knowing the full story. And people like Sheriff Morgan condemned these officers judged them and branded them murderers. That's kind of how he sums up his hole tenure a sheriff and how he and Haines handled internal investigations condemning people without knowing all the facts.

Well said. Well said my friend. Don't go making judgment until you know exactly what happened. Otherwise, if you jump off with the half-info as a responsible person (an elected person) who is listened to and stir people up, then you are no better than some half-a$$ed agitator. Who EVER heard of a sheriff that dislikes deputies and cops in general as much as this one? I never have.

Fact vs. Fiction
Though I still don't understand or necessarily agree with "the knee" on the video, we must not toss away the facts to pursue the fiction. Fact- Floyd was high as a kite when contact was made. Fact- Floyd was no choir boy, but a thug with a lengthy rap sheet. Fact- autopsy clearly stated that there was no asphyxiation, but that he died of the smorgasbord of dope in his system and his heart issue. Fact- floyd was passive resistant and then active resistant, and cops have to gain and maintain control. Fact- cops saw indicators of excited delirium and tried to adjust for it while still affecting the arrest. Fact- cops were as professional as could be expected in this case. They tried to work with floyd and assist him. Fact- floyd asked to be placed on the ground. Fact- if you read MPD policy, a temporary neck restraint was at the time authorized. The whole delay appears to be them trying to wait for med assistance with floyd while he was carrying on and escalating himself. Med assistance that they called for him!! I do not like the fact that he died during this at all. I wish he was able to stand tall before a court for his actions (so they could then kick him loose once again), but it looks as if primarily his choices and actions were to blame for this. Or....we can go with the fiction that he was a great fella with a halo who was 'minding his own business' and was maliciously killed by a bunch of thug cops who were all working in concert simultaneously to commit homicide against a person based on the color of their skin. Yeah, NO!

Be glad Morgan isn't the one deciding that officers fate. By the sound of what he said that poor guy would have the death sentence for murder. That's the difference between a real cop and an idiot who is never work the road and hadn't been put in a situation to make a call like that. The bad thing is he is a sheriff and has wrongly decided the fate of many officers. Mainly because he listens to that idiot scumbag corrupt Haynes.

Hey Sheriff will you go on TV and retract your statement of the Officer being a murderer? All evidence says he's not. Or are you to conceited in vain to admit you are wrong?

Dream on. He'll just sit in his little SS uniform and refuse to admit he said anything incorrect or jumped to the wrong conclusion. Our sheriff is with a lot of people who showed what they all said they hated and stood against. Implicit bias! Albeit, not against skin color, but against cops. Implicit bias does not have to be against skin color. The difference is that DM won't stoop to say he got it wrong.. After showing that kind of poor judgment and bias I wonder if DL will put him on the Brady list! Hmmm? Their mentality, not mine. They've threatened people for such stuff.
