What do you expect from this pathetic command staff? None of them are leaders. Ensers only problem is he's white. Rumor has it Phillip's knew he was going to be promoted and moved to D54, he tried to wait until after the upcoming primary because he didn't want to be unprotected. Now he's been promoted and fair game to be terminated when the new sheriff comes in. He should have declined. I'm sure Tony could find another Sgt to promote to Capt or why not move one of his former Sgt to Capts in there to run D54? Why because they're not qualified either?

The only reason crime is up is because our incompetent sheriff took a knee with that terrorists organization called BLM! He should have taken a stance and been a true leader like the police chief in Detroit. That police chief said we (law enforcement) will not allow this to happen in our city and they haven't. He said they can peacefully protest, but the violence and destruction of property will not happen. You don't hear about Detroit having problems like NY or Chicago. The chief also said because they ran out that terrorists organization nobody is talking about defunding the police in that city. Funny how doing your job instead of taking a knee makes a difference. Tony should fire himself because caused this, nobody else.
