There is fixes that can be done immediately that would turn this department around real quick in morale. The Chief seems to have finally listened and one of the main problems with the morale here is finally gone, a Captain that was a pure menace to anyone that works under him. The next best thing that could happen is to get rid of the LT. over patrol. I'm not saying fire the guy, but move him into another position where he is not supervising people. He has no business in the position he is in over dealing with people, none at all. This issue has been brought up before in the past many times, but continues to get swept under the rug. How can anyone work under a guy that has no relative personality to deal with people and is out for himself? How many condensing, smart aleck comments can one put up with in trying put in a career here and try to do a good job and be respective to a supervisor that treat and talks to you like crap?
