    Communications Operators are testing positive every single week. But Tony never mentions that. It appears Site Manager Kevin Mitchell might have it as well. He works with the EEOC.

    It's election time, Tony isn't going to bring this up because it will make him look worse than he already does. Somebody with the facts leak it to the press and ket them do their job finding the information.
