I have a partner that recently got caught lying on a report. Claimed he wasn’t giving chase but was. He wasn’t fired as his record for the most part, was flawless. He did however receive a write up. My question is, how is this going to affect him with being a witness or taking the stand, perhaps down the road. I know I wouldn’t want to be him😳 Thanks in advance.

Who gives a shit. Everyone lies and breaks the law. Even judges and lawyers. Hell you can even loot and burn buildings down and get away with it by virtue signaling. Why Brady? Ask OJ Simpson, he’s a tenured Florida resident. Side note, Brady is doing just fine.
