It's time to clarify for the record some contradictory information regarding the arrest records of former homicide suspect Greg Toney. Regardless of whether or not a criminal juvenile or adult homicide investigation \verdict\court record is "expunged" , there is and will always be a complete archived police and court record , of the entire case including photos and detective notes ect. Court Order needed for release of those records if the case is re-opened for example : No homicide investigations are shreaded.

The Toney case is really newsworthy now however, he was just another punk drug dealer and armed robbery suspect who victimized his own race with a firearm and eventually killed an unarmed person. Same old story .

Sorry but you’re not even a cop. And I don’t care about the fact that Tony killed another drug dealer during a drug deal gone bad. Both Tony and Hector were drug dealing dirtbags and neither of them being killed is a loss to society. As much as you harp on this it doesn’t make your candidate Mr. Not my Fault look any better.
