Why is fmpd so cursed 🤦🏽*♂️, its crazy all these internal issues that we have , we are not perfect and there is not a single perfect agency , but why so much hate in this agency and hostile ness that brings people down.

Ask the powers at be. We have a guy on leave going on three and a half years. A report that no one can read. Crime that’s up. A chief who doesn’t talk to his guys. A deputy chief who is patrol officer and the list goes on

Economics, by the time you figured this place was a mess it was too late, other agencies have issues also, grass is not greener, if you gave a degree try to change careers

Didn’t you see today’s picture? He posed next to Dr. Ben Carson as if he’s a twenty year officer. I cannot believe they got him to put on a uniform with pants. But the more I think about it, anything in front of a camera he will do for recognition.
