Why is fmpd so cursed 🤦🏽*♂️, its crazy all these internal issues that we have , we are not perfect and there is not a single perfect agency , but why so much hate in this agency and hostile ness that brings people down.

Ask the powers at be. We have a guy on leave going on three and a half years. A report that no one can read. Crime that’s up. A chief who doesn’t talk to his guys. A deputy chief who is patrol officer and the list goes on

Economics, by the time you figured this place was a mess it was too late, other agencies have issues also, grass is not greener, if you gave a degree try to change careers

Any organization has the potential to transform itself into a more positive and people-oriented workplace that prioritizes trust, as long as there is sufficient determination and willpower. However, achieving this requires making it a clear priority and consistently putting in the necessary effort day after day.
