Israel or no Israel, Fernandez is no good to any Sheriff. Close to 200 k pension from Miami , BSO pays the cost of his medical to city of Miami and at 200 K a year at BSO his FTS is already twice and Deputy with 20years on. He is only here for cash and has no loyalty. Cuban Gypsy
