    How to rebuild HPD

    We are all focused on the drama of everything but has anyone set back and thought what is needed to fix the department?

    Dump COB, NC, JD, and SB. Real leadership will stand up and fill the void. These people couldn’t lead their way out of a paper bag.

    The Department dosent control itself anymore. City Hall has total control now, and that can never be reversed.
