    Who is the Edgewater Beat officer who just had to make an arrest to satisfy Freddie and now has exposed all of central A B and C shift to covid because of his 39 being at JMH and positive for covid?

    Nope. He isnt beats. It was MacLaughlin. People need to stop with the BS arrests. I blame his Cmdr for insisting on arrests to please his political cronies. I blame the Sgt for not stepping in and PTAing. I blame field duty for not saying "negative, patrol will not be relieving a specialized unit.
