City officials act immediately. Respond to those emails immediately!!!!
"The retired officer in question must be subpoenaed and interviewed immediately." Go ahead, and watch that retired officer immediately invoke his Fifth and Sixth Amendment Rights, and his attorney file a motion to quash the subpoena.

It’s been brought to our attention that a similar incident occurred numerous months ago in Miami, where numerous officers and their supervisor were relieved of their duties after allegations were brought up concerning their possible involvement in a deadly crash where a young woman had died after being impacted by a fleeing vehicle. This is extremely sad and unacceptable. We shall not allow for her family to experience the same dishonest, unfair, corrupt, and biased treatment our family was subjected to. We ask for our chief and the FDLE to spearhead this investigation and not these same internal affairs and crash investigators. We must continue to demonstrate 100% transparency and stop protecting those chosen few who are given free passes and promotional test answers.

Listen your going about it wrong. Fdle will not investigate and if they do your back to square one because 50% of them are retired family and friends of current staff members. You have to contact the inspector general or the FBI.

Look at the Digital Forensic Examiner Anthonius Kurver*from the secret service who inspected the GoPro camera on the Rickenbacker case.Officer Anthonius Kurver.

You can read it here he was the Secret service forensic examiner.

    https://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/m...gests-11220778

Officer Anthonius Kurver. Is a MPD officer detached to the Secret service to handle case. Why would they give him a case involving several Miami Police Officers involved In a corruption cover up case?

Goggle Anthonius Kurver name. His a MPD officer.

    Just asking
What do you expect ? This was a police cover investigated by the same multiple officers that caused this accident. SOS Traffic Enforcement and Traffic Homicide work together. Answer is No.

Thank you. Definitely a good piece of information. It is incredibly ridiculous and unethically wrong to have someone internally examine such an important piece of evidence. This case in its entirety smells like a cover up gone wrong. A fifth grader would say “mom, I think the cops f.cked up”.

Maybe at this point your missing the big picture. It’s the cover up that’s is getting the attention. Conduct unbecoming and failure to aid. Not to mention all the rest of the departmental policy violations.
