Many will be relieved of duty and terminated for deliberately conspiring to cover up this awful incident. You saw it here first.

    Oh My

Somehow El Black Capitan is involved in this incident.

Rumors has it that two officers who were terminated for some alleged illegal towing incident were brought back and immediately retired as a result of a lawsuit against the city and guess who was also involved? Yes El Black Capitan.

    This place is super corrupt.

Was not that case closed out by the SAO? If so, unless, need evidence is there, the case is closed -- PERIOD!

Sadly, that case was doomed from the onset. A failure by on-scene supervisors, command staff members, lieutenants, and higher, who, upon learning that a chase for traffic violations and not for a violent felony may have precipitated the crash and death; knowing the scrutiny and demand for transparency it would bring, should have requested an independent investigation by either FHP or MDPD, Traffic Homicide. Such command staff decision would have avoided all the cynicism that has plagued this case since it occurred.

Investigators assigned to the case derail from conducting a thorough and fair investigation and then their oversight unit cover up all angles to protect their husbands and colleagues. This is completely wrong and illegal. Dear Chief, transparency as you always preach has not been fulfilled. We must rectify this immoral situation and hold accountable those who participated in this crime. Afford my cousin the justice he deserves and please don’t allow for this same thing to occur to another citizen.
Typical thug Rican or Indian excuses. Should had learned how to brake a motorcycle. One dead thug. Crime rate went down.

Department has ignored the truthful findings of our civilian investigative panel. We must seek justice for this poor individual who lost his life in this tragic event.

Mayor Francis Suarez and chief Acevedo duty to act is a must immediately. Must pay attention and trust the fundings of our citizens investigate panel. We cannot continue to ignore these valid findings. The department looked the other way and facilitated the cover up. Staff members and internal affairs detectives and those who obstructed and hindered evidence to protect the department and its involved officers must be brought forward and be terminated of their duties. We the community will not cease until justice is served for our brown brother. Black and brown lives matter. Acevedo you must keep your promise if you lie you die.
