This organization and those who fabricate lies to hinder citizens life’s and also place other officers in critical predicaments shall be dismissed of their duties and badges. These corrupted ideologies to gain power and promotional status within the department by utilizing all means and stepping on other people’s backs must come to an end. We are tired of suffering from this abuse. The internal affairs unit which allowed and steered their agenda to cover up certain officers unacceptable actions shall be held accountable and face corresponding criminal charges. It is the duty of our chief and city mayor to address this with the state attorney and bring justice to the Pena family.

Remember this story!!!
https://www.nbcmiami.com/investigati...rrest/2193518/
The only thing that we (civilians) have to actually defend ourselves to show ‘Hey, this officer is not telling the truth’ is the video cameras,” he said. “What good it is if they can turn it off themselves.”
Why was the number #1 Officer for getting complaints and use of force not issued a body camera??? Corruption starts at the top! Officers are issued 2 body cameras 1 for on duty and another for off-duty. So why did Colina and the City Manager stop at Captains required to wear one. You only have 3 Captains on the department.

These selfish individuals who have violated policies, abused the public, coerced internal affairs unit to alter testimonies and time restrictions on pending investigations, have cost our city millions of dollars. This is totally totally unacceptable and an end to all this must be implemented. We are asking for officials to mandate body worn cameras to be worn by first line supervisors and lieutenants. We have supervisors who were never street cops and now patrol and engage citizens inappropriately and expect for their officers to respond and clean up their crap. The actions taken by the internal affairs unit during this crash incident is despicable, atrocious and criminal!!! We demand for this retired officer to be brought forward and be questioned immediately!!!!
