Detective hides a crucial piece of evidence inside his drawer for days and detectives allow for a key involved witness officer to go un questioned for weeks and is then allowed to retire quietly. 3 years later they still haven't interviewed the officer that caused this crashed. The victim said that just before they went over she felt a bump but of course they never inspected the officer vehicle for any damage. 😉

ORTIZ didnt know anything he was on a boat at the time 😉👌 Ortiz felt that he had to respond immediately and take command of the scene from a traffic Lt.

Why would a Capt of police respond and take command of a traffic fatality that no officer was involved chasing?

The Lt wasn't qualified to properly handle the scene???????
