Us members are required to take a mandatory ethics training course and examination and then investigators and supervisors violate all ethics and conspired to cover up this tragical and criminal incident. Detective hides a crucial piece of evidence inside his drawer for days and detectives allow for a key involved witness officer to go un questioned for weeks and is then allowed to retire quietly. This is totally criminal. Chief you need to take action now!!! DOJ and the FEDS want your full cooperation to properly bring these individuals forward and answer to their hideously acts.

It’s not your father or son or brother that died in the hands of police in this questionable and improperly investigated incident. You must act as if your son was taken away and then police disguised evidence and facts to make it appear as if accidental. Before you retire and place a new chief in your hot potato chair, you must shall and will exercise your righteously duty to clean house and eliminate these crooked and coward officers and supervisors.

The city manager, the city mayor and the chief of police are responsible for making sure this atrocious act of malicious intent and negligence is dealt with correctly. We will not allow for these individuals involved to continue employment here, while others who violate minor departmental orders are harshly punished. We had an officer arrested for simple assault immediately days after incident which was never looked at. Said officer never kicked the suspects head. And now you have dirty crash investigators, internal affairs investigators and their supervisors secretly divert hinder and omit crucial circumstantial evidence to destroy and weaken the death case of a human being. This agency is benefiting certain employees while others are profiled and punished. DOJ, FDLE, and the FBI , thank you for providing your support.

We must adhere to departmental rules and regulations. We will not tolerate for any ranking officer to coerce or derail any investigation in order to benefit from it. It is our duty to enforce new recruits, to respect all rules and our department mission statement.

3 years later they still haven't interviewed the officer that caused this crashed. The victim said that just before they went over she felt a bump but of course they never inspected the officer vehicle for any damage. 😉

ORTIZ didnt know anything he was on a boat at the time 😉👌 Ortiz felt that he had to respond immediately and take command of the scene from a traffic Lt.

Why would a Capt of police respond and take command of a traffic fatality that no officer was involved chasing?

The Lt wasn't qualified to properly handle the scene???????

Ortiz can't wait till the Feds start asking the real questions.
