As far as we are concerned, these involved investigators including the internal affairs unit, committed the crime of aiding and abetting. They willfully sidetracked the witness, adding stress and confusion to her distressed state of mind. Their dismissive and lack of interest in acquiring accurate information in order to assist and omit the officers accounts of the incident, is purely and definitely a crime. There is definitely corrupt Internal Affairs officers and supervisors who are improperly and illegally sharing confidential information pertaining to others in the department. Dear chief, we have confidence in you and please immediately remove these people before history repeats itself.

Began at Carlos Albizo University and finished at Harvard. Gentlemen, this is serious and definitely not a game amidst this era of non transparent police agencies and organizations. The world needs to respect police, and in return, agencies owe those they serve, fairness and truth all the time. The chief must rectify this atrocious act immediately. It is his duty to do right by his community. He cannot continue to service this community, while having complete knowledge that his men and women collaborated, maliciously, and deliberately unfulfilled a fair and thorough investigation, which led to the death of a decent human being and citizen.

High profiled attorneys assigned to the case have determined numerous members have come forward under the Whistle Blower Act indicating that members of the traffic unit in connection with the alleged pursuit of the motorcyclist, have worked for Internal Affairs and also have relatives in Internal Affairs. This clearly identifies a conflict of interest and depicts a definite cover up. The Miami Herald,CNN and the New Times have been made aware. Dear Chief Colina and Mayor Francis Suarez, we are kindly asking you to immediately attend to this matter. We as members who positively represent this department day in and day out, refuse to be labeled as corrupt, unreliable, untrustworthy and racist.
