Lee County SO among the lowest paid at every position compared to other agencies of similar size with an even lower tax base than Lee County. What does that say about how Lee county dollars are being allocated? Law Enforcement is not a priority in Lee County. Just follow the money. How much are you worth? Why are the surplus of hundreds of million dollars not being allocated to LEO as the county budget says it is to be used for? Why are our deputies and supervisors not being fairly compensated? Dogs over Deputies!
