Much like when Obama said the US is not a melting pot but a tossed salad. He talks about unity and equality but the salad correlation says different. To me the melting pot is where we all melt together like cheese fondue whereas the salad is still separate items just coexisting. Once the Honey Mustard dressing decides it wants to take over it will just pour itself on until everything else is drowned out, just like the liberals and ANTIFA are doing now.

My concerns are we should have state legislation seriously starting to crack down on 30+ round magazines for non-LEO and yearly firearm quantity purchases for non-LEO individuals. Exemptions for LEO in private ownership and retired qualified LEO private ownership is a must and would dampen any crazies who attempt anything radical. You don’t need an AR-15 and haven’t earned one unless you’re LEO, PERIOD.

  Only the police and the military were allowed to possess rifles designed to kill people.

  The Constitutional forefathers added the 2nd Amendment that gives the people the legal right to own rifles to kill people. From a Constitutional perspective, why did the forefathers do that?

Only totalitarian governments disarm the people to retain power, such as:

• Communists, such as Red China, Antifa, North Korea, etc.
• Fascists (WWII)
• Dictators, such as Venezuela, Cuba, etc.

In the late 1700s, the Constitutional forefathers of the U.S. were tired of the English king's totalitarianism, so they threw off the yoke of totalitarianism, which resulted in the creation of the United States, along with the creation of the 2nd Amendment to maintain the freedom of the people. Only a free people can legally possess rifles to kill people.

This is to the poster in red quotes above. Why do you want to disarm the American public of their AR-15 rifles? Do you believe in communism or do you simply not trust the American forefathers who wrote the U.S. Constitution?

If you look around Sarasota County, you will notice that only Trump signs are consistently being vandalized and defaced, while Biden signs are unscathed. Democratic-socialists have violent proclivities, while the Republican right is peaceful. Look around Sarasota County and make your own observations with campaign signage alone. Goats vs. Sheep.
