You got that right! It totally amazes me how two brothers in two different agencies have gotten away with so much over the years while screwing over countless officers. The jackass that works in Santa Rosa managed to swindle a 90 year old woman out of her money, possibly around 6 or 7 figures. But somehow, he's not sitting in a jail cell where he belongs. I would suggest that it would be nice for all of the teenagers he banged while SRSO at MHS to come forward, but he'll slither his way out of it. Can't help but wonder what he has on the Johnson and his predecessor Hall?

I wonder why no internal investigation was done about the allegations that he did something with MHS students. Did any of you MANDATORY REPORTERS make the DCF call when you heard the allegations? Let's hope you all are men of action, not just anonymous internet smack talkers.

Everyone is sure the admin knew about it, but they did nothing. The only reason why he had the IA about the porn was that he caught, pardon the expression, red handed, not to mention IT began uncovering 40 to 50 deps history of looking at porn. They couldn't totally protect him, because there was no way to get rid of the digital evidence and if they did, those same deputies would have gotten off, pardon the expression, Scott free. On the other hand, because Haines is virtually untouchable, they couldn't fire the remaining deputies if Scott, pardon the expression, got off.
