Did he have a legal right to be in Wal Mart? Unless previously warned not welcome there, then yes he did. The other party was screaming at him and the old man for not wearing masks and then made threats. Like it or not rookies you are allowed to defend yourself. Case presented to SAO and will be no filed due to no likelyhood of conviction. Read your case fools.
