Jeopardizing the safety of others. James Day is a sterling example of cowardice.

The IA stated the coward James Day sought refuge in the command post instead of responding to the scene of a disturbance where there was a disturbance. Leaving the brave and heroic Lt Cochran do deal with the disturbance.

    How is that not cowardice?

Easy. Cowardice - NOT SUSTAINED. It doesn’t mean James did show signs of being a coward. I just respect the outcome investigation. No need to pick on him. James got slammed on everything else. At least James will now have a spot on ABC “Always Been Cowards.” “Iron Lung” Hank can now blog James as receiving his ABC Criminal Club Card along with prior shameful inductees “Backhoe Boy” Jenkins, “Yard Sign Yancey” Szabo, and the biggest disgrace of them all Pecker. I’d say we need more deputies like Donald and Alvin, but they don’t qualify.

Showed signs of being a coward....it was a cowardly act. Thank goodness the command post was unlocked. James "the coward" Day would have either had to crawl underneath it or left code 3 in his vehicle.

Is this why Chity removed the "C" from VCSO? Volusia Cowards/Sheriffs Office?

Thank goodness the brave and heroic Lt Cochran was there to save the day!!!

The 3 biggest Cowards in the history of the VCSO:

    1. James Day
    2. Brian Nardiello
    3. The deputy who was afraid to help Kretzer and Sweeley when they had their incident.

Leg sweeping a guy already restrained in handcuffs is the biggest cowardly act you can do to a suspect. Kind of like how George Floyd was restrained and took a knee to the neck. And Backhoe Boy is your shining role model that you bootlick to the beat. Look no further than the ABC “ Always Been Cowards” crew for hypocrisy.

You mean a coward like blasting your ex boss on social media instead of having the stones of confronting him directly like a professional and a man? Now, that’s cowardly as it gets. The best part the ABCowards tried making him a hero which turned out to be another zero.
