Champ ain’t going anywhere. When I worked with him he was, well...whatever. No better and no worse than any other MDPD administration lifer. And talking to him is actually not too bad. He doesn’t always assign detective or special unit positions to other black officers, I always thought he was fair in that way. But he is as cold as ice when he needs to be. Ruthless.
He used to box. So beating the shit out of someone is actually something he can still do.
