FDLE Agent commits Battery on Civilian
Where's the investigation on the FDLE Agent committing battery on a civilian during a press briefing by the Governor? FDLE using force to remove someone at a public event is not a proper use of force!!
Where's the investigation?

Or, a protester disrupting a news conference was asked to leave, refused, and had to be removed, I'm just saying....

If there was indeed a complaint against the Agent, you better believe they'd throw him under the bus and then start a process of driving forward and back. No way the current administration backs ANY Agent with any controversy.
And of course, PBA would be useless as made by Swearingen and the weak PBA Reps.

Bottom line is FDLE didn't handle this the right way.. when an Agent has to put hands on a media person and had no authority to do so, that's battery.

Fact is FDLE if you put your hands on someone they need to go to jail because you were using force necessary to effect an arrest. If you made no arrest then you committed battery because you had no probable cause. What a bunch of podunks!!!!

Oh so you are saying it is absolutley impossible to un-arrest? So if you detain someone during an investigation and discover that probable cause does not exist, do you make up a charge becuase in your own words, you cannot un-arrest.
You are the obvious problem in law enforcement!
