SPPD, isn't a department, anyone should look to for advice. They cater to the black, worse then what we do here. PCSO, most of the time has to go in to handle problems. Those working the south end of the city, do so with their hand tied behind theirs backs. Once upon a time, SP was a great department. Now, not so much anymore. Before coming here, I worked for SPPD and never been so glad to get away from that place, even if it means, we here are following in there footsteps. Shame, the grass is always greener elsewhere.
