I am wondering if KH has paid to scrub the internet of information about his theft of gasoline, pornography, and failed polygraph of these stories? Did he pay these local papers to erase these stories? They have been available for years, now they have disappeared!

This campaign is about as exciting as watching paint dry.

I have been a supporter of Mr. Fern from the beginning. However, I am starting to have second thoughts. I’ve heard all the hype, about a dirty dossier of opo-research accumulated on Hoffman and his cohorts.

I’ve heard about wild orgies and those connected to a certain campaign who not only impersonate being cops, but impersonate being “straight happily married men” who on the weekends go trolling for dudes. Including that chubby, well, ok REALLY FAT dude in the leather suspenders.

I’ve heard about so many different things that were going to happen once the deadline passed for registering to run for Sheriff. I’ve heard about news stories that were going to printed but never did. I’ve heard about a candidate who’s going to be indicted on federal charges who never did. About big top secret federal investigations that were going to blow the lid on all of the corruption and again nothing.

I’ve heard about parley that revealed the aforementioned dossier of opo-research would remain sealed as long as KH’s campaign stopped slinging mud. If this is true, then I have to rethink my vote and all of the many people talk to about this election.

If you are withholding incriminating evidence regarding KH & his corrupt cronies, then that tells me you are cut from the same cloth he is and as much as I detest KH, I’d rather he win. He’s corrupt and dirty but at least we know what we are getting with him. If The rumors are true, then I have to seriously question what PF has to hide that is so egregious that he has to spend that much political capital just to keep it quiet. I know PF is honest and can’t imagine there’s anything there, but then why not release all of the dirt you have on KH and his cronies?

This election isn’t about cutting deals, leverage or blackmailing opponents into silence. That’s what we need to rid the agency of. I’ve seen nothing regarding debates, ideals, transition teams, coordination, planning, partnerships etc.

All I’ve seen is a barrage of LEO Affairs posts regarding wild conjecture, conspiracy theories, threats, ideologies, predictions and repeated efforts of misdirection, trying to “impersonate” others, or make KH’s team think they know who’s leaving these BS messages.

So far everything I’ve heard seems to be campaign promises that have yet to be delivered, none, zip, zilch, nothing, nada.

The election is in just over a month. Unless some of the hype I’ve been hearing about for over a year comes to fruition, I’m not voting and telling my fellow voters the same.

The job of law enforcement is to end corruption, not turn a blind eye to it while telling yourself, the ends justify the means. You can’t get a little bit pregnant. Either go big or go home.

Paul is honest. That part you got right. The other stuff is just noise. Do what your heart tells you to do brother. You know the difference between right and wrong you are a big boy. The difference between Kurt and Paul can be summed up quickly. I know both of them personally. If you support Kurt and Paul wins Paul will never hold that against you. He just isn't built like that. If you support Paul and Kurt wins.... Kurt will torture you, your family, and any future relatives you ever have for as long as he is in power. That is the truth. I will never hold a grudge against any of my brothers and sisters in green. We are strong.

I am unequivocally voting and my vote will NOT be cast for a sneaky and dishonest candidate who has a documented record of:

• Lying under oath during an official polygraph.
• Stealing gas as a CCSO reserve deputy in violation of his sworn oath.
• Stealing from multiple employers and citizens.

If you want to know his future, then look at his systemic pattern in his past. Forgive "yes." Forget "no." And that's only what was uncovered. It does not include what he has gotten away with. The man also steered Knight to disobey a chief judges order to reinstate deputies as courthouse security. The man's legal judgement cannot be trusted. Period. You can figure out who that sheriffs candidate is. Does the public know or care? I have no idea, but I know too much already -- and that's enough information to make an informed decision on who to vote for. The Sarasota Sheriff's Office needs leadership AND INTEGRITY.

Paul is honest. That part you got right. The other stuff is just noise. Do what your heart tells you to do brother. You know the difference between right and wrong you are a big boy. Sorry it’s not noise if you hear it directly from yourself or those around you. That means one of only a few things

1.) They lied to you (I expect KH to be a dirty lying politician but won’t accept that from the person I thought could be trusted)

2.) They tried to use & manipulate supporters to spread gossip essentially leaving them exposed out in the open holding a bag of sh*t to face potentially serious Backlash from KH & his cronies. In order for this to work, you need someone gullible enough to believe the stories.

3.) They don’t have the stones to use said information

4.) The parley rumor is true and he made a deal with the devil to hide something

Personally the closer the election gets, the more that gets revealed, the more disappointed I am to see nothing of what’s been said or written about has come to fruition. It’s really starting to look like a combination of #1 & #2

It's suspicious that the only newspaper articles that are being deleted from the internet are the ones that make specific SSO senior staff members bad, while all other articles remain up. It sends a message that money, power and politics provides kingly privileges.
