    Police downsizing

City commission plans to downsize the police department and plans to do this by not allowing the replacement of positions as officers leave for other departments. We thought we were short now, just wait.

It’s an all out war against LEOs. FOP just didn’t a vote of no confidence on the Chief and the Chief was suspended and the city has started looking for a new chief.
Wish our PBA had balls like that.

    Yes,

Where will DW hide BP now? Clearly they going to do something with that unit. They won’t replace JB when she starts with BSO..

Not a damn thing. Rod, the most recent president is a non confrontational labor rep. He does not believe in going public or fighting for the members openly. He claims he does
Everything behind The scenes Which really means he does nothing but his free PBA lunches paid by none other Than we The
    Members.
We pay dues for nothing. That’s smart of us, isn’t it?

    Who voted for this guy?
We need a change or must look other places for a leader and new union. What have they done for LN?

None of us...Miramar Reps voted for Rod. Many of the other city reps regret voting for him. He only one by one vote the election was shaky at best. NimRod is everything we expected him to be. He has already exceeded our expectations of being a DB.

    A true tool. POS

They need to disband/ defund that unit. BP can work the road just like the rest of them. DW wont be here to protect her forever.
