    Embarrassment of the PIO position

    I guess our Rican Chief is ok when a PIO that cant speak English or Spanish.

    You don't seem to understand. The PIO job is not to be articulate; his main function is being willing to say "no comment" when the press asks uncomfortable questions about the chief.
    If the only guy willing to block scrutiny of the chief only speaks chinese then he is qualified for the job. Period.
