Current issues with 20-09
Ok let’s do it let’s talk about current issues with 20-09. Someone got in a whole lot of trouble because they found loop holes for practically every business in the last order so we made a new one with a strong stance of no food license no booze. Everyone else shut down, non compliance leads to an emergency order. So far for sure we know:
1). Cigar bars can open at 50% but we’re not putting it in writing only an email forwarded from the secretary’s office.
2). If a quota has no food license but a food truck is present we will not issue violations nor will we go back to that location.
Anything else?

Listen Corkie, there are a different set of rules for white republicans. Everyone else must adhere to the strict letter of the law. Can’t you see that’s the pattern that this administration has established?

It doesn’t say anything about cigar bars can operate either but the email said they could. And there’s an also an email allowing food trucks. Ask your Lt for it

What
Do they really have you agents running around telling people they have to stop operating while they’re making back door agreements with places like cigar bars? Is this actually true?

None of it will matter by the 16th. Everyone will be shutdown again. Covid is real regardless of what the Party says.

Well then I guess you haven’t come across a place that whips out an email from the secretary saying they can remain open with a food truck and to call him direct if agents show up. The response from tally was to let it go and don’t go back for a recheck. That’s factual
