Sheriff Tony has plenty of supporters out here because he has fix Broward County Sheriff's office in one year of being sheriff. He purchased a training center and made a real crime communication center, fired bad cops and will continue to do so. Let's work with a sheriff that knows police work and is part of Broward County support groups. When he goes to the roll call rooms don't turn your back on him, let him know that you will support him. Yes he grew up in the bad lands and had to defend himself over someone that was threatening to kill him and he had to take action. If not, let's fix a few things that the lier is claiming as his, when in fact they were not. Let's start with the basics, it's called 3rd grade English, learn to write a sentence, and we wonder why the world is going to shit! The only supporters Tony has are his command staff (because they want a job) and the ones he kneels with. A majority of his employees do not support him, none of the BSO Unions support him, he's even having a hard time getting support from Parkland and they wanted him. He hasn't done shit since being here except purchase bleed kits from his former employer, hmmm I wonder if any of that money found its way back in his pockets. He DID NOT purchase the new Training Center, nor did he create the Real Time Crime Center, and again no he didn't purchase the rifles. The money for the rifles was supposed to be used to buy the agency handguns, it was just re-distributed. All of those projects were in the works prior to him ever getting here. He has done nothing for this agency, except lie about almost everything. He suspends deputies for supporting other candidates, for social media post made 12 years ago. The sheriff talks about transparency and accountability and holding deputies accountable. Big words coming from someone who has lied to get the job, both of them, and continues to lie just about everything. Respect is earned, not commanded. This unqualified temper tantrum egomaniac is NOT my sheriff, he just sits in the Sheriff's chair, for now. He will never be respected by his employees!
