If the burglary had happened to Knight's personally owned vehicle, then Marcy's law might be applicable. However:
- The burglary was of a government-owned patrol vehicle and
- Knight's victimization is a result of his on-duty negligence when he left his cash and personal credit cards unattended and overnight in a patrol vehicle.
Last week, Judge Dodson ruled that the names of officers cannot be scrubbed, yet Knight's name remains scrubbed from the original police report. Do you remember when Knight defied the local orders of the Chief Judge of the 12th Judicial Circuit? This type of behavior for Knight is par for the course. Thank gawd Knight will be forced out of office on January 4, 2021.

Who leaked Knight's name to the newspaper? No one will ever know!!!!
This is a shout-out and special thanks to Lee Williams for printing Knight's name in the newspaper, even though Knight's name is blacked out from public view in the original police report. You will continue to be sent hot tips that Tom Knight and Kurt Hoffman do not want you to know about.
